Exclusive Author Concierge Service

Experience a publishing journey customized to your needs with our Exclusive Author Concierge Service. This bespoke offering is designed for the discerning author who desires unparalleled support with crafting and launching their book into the market.

Your experience begins with a Strategic Roadmap, providing you with a personalized step-by-step guide that is tailored to your project vision. Your Strategic Roadmap will be developed after a Discovery Call with one of our award-winning Creative Directors to learn about your project, intentions, and goals.

The Strategic Roadmap is a comprehensive plan uniquely customized for your project, detailing the stages, steps, and services for bringing your book to life and into the hands of your targeted audiences.

It's your decision whether you choose to navigate the stages independently or entrust Westchester to help you execute each step in your publishing journey.

Are you ready to take the first step with your personalized Strategic Roadmap?

Need more information? Request a complimentary 15-minute discovery session. We'll discuss your project needs and determine next steps, including whether a Strategic Roadmap is right for you.

Your Strategic Roadmap

When you order a Strategic Roadmap, what will you receive? While each Strategic Roadmap is customized to the specific requirements of the particular project, goals and target audiences, each may include the following:

  • Discovery Call with our Creative Director and Chief Revenue Officer. During this 45-60 minute meeting, we will have a deep-dive discussion that goes into the intricate details of your project. This will serve as the foundation for developing your personalized roadmap.
  • Book Positioning and Competitive Landscape Assessment: We will conduct a strategic analysis to identify your book's genre, target audience, and comparable titles. The resulting positioning and competitive analysis will inform decisions about voice, design, and marketing strategies that will help your book stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Manuscript evaluation and editorial recommendations: Whether you already have a manuscript or are still in the concept or outline stages, our experts will offer insightful evaluations and recommendations to enhance your work.
  • Ghostwriting recommendations: If it is determined that using a ghostwriter is the best strategy for your project, we will provide expert guidance in selecting a writing partner and a potential cost estimate for this service.
  • Editorial development recommendations: For manuscripts that are in need of editorial refinement, we will provide expert recommendations and pricing to prepare your project for the production stage.
  • Book design recommendations: You should judge a book by its cover! An eye-catching and engaging book cover is the way to attract attention and develop interest in your title. The Strategic Roadmap will provide specifics and pricing for your book's design, based on a competitive analysis for your publishing segment, target audience, and sales goals.
  • Concept Production Schedule: We will provide you with a meticulously crafted production schedule that aligns with your project's specific needs.
  • Distribution and Sales: We can provide a suggested book publication date, author pages, social media setup, and microsite development

Within 3 weeks of your Discovery Call, we will deliver your project's Strategic Roadmap. Each phase and service in the roadmap will be outlined in detail, based on your project's particular needs. You can explore handling the phases in your roadmap independently, or entrust your project to Westchester to professionally manage it for you.

When selecting Westchester to execute each stage of your project, we will bring together an exclusive team of experts specific to the content needs and subject matter of your material. From the initial consultation to ghost-writing, design, editorial & production, and more, each step of your literary journey will receive unparalleled support.
