How do I pay for a plan?
When you select the plan that you need, choose your genre, enter trim size and page count to calculate your fees, you can then pay by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express or eCheck.
Do I need to sign an agreement with you?
Yes, as part of your online purchase process, you will be prompted to review and digitally sign our Author Services Agreement. You can view a copy of it here.
Are eBooks included with the bundles?
Yes, we will convert your manuscript to the latest eBook format with the Production and Editorial & Production bundles. It may be included with your Custom Author Concierge plan if you choose to include it.
Can I order a Cover design by itself?
At this time, cover designs can only be added to a bundle and cannot be purchased as a standalone service.
Can I cancel my order?
While you can cancel your project at any time, refunds will not be provided after your project begins. You can review our Author Services Agreement for details.
Do I have to pay in full when I order a plan?
Due to the short duration of a typical Production project, we require full payment upfront for the Production Package. Both the Editorial & Production bundle and Exclusive Author Concierge plan will have a minimum of two payments, one upfront and then the balance due based on the plan and/or schedule.
